As a service of Armadale Chiropractic Centre, we remain open during Stage 3 lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic in Victoria. Dr Michael Black and Dr Michael Cocozziello, Chiropractors, welcome new patients who need attention for sports injuries, postural problems, stiffness and tension of the neck and back and peripheral joint sprains and strains.
Naturally we are using sanitisation measures and ensuring our clients are healthy and well before coming in. our practitioners are masked during appointments.
We are seeing many patients who are working from home in less than perfect conditions, sometimes cramped and adapted around the kitchen or living room. Many people are using laptops and notebooks as primary computers. This is hardly desirable for your neck and causes too much flexion and stiffness.
Worse still is sitting on the couch slouched over the coffee table tightening up your neck and shoulders. It’s not long before tension headaches, neck stiffness and muscle aches begin. Time for a massage and a chiropractic assessment. Finding the source of the problem is essential so we still examine everyone carefully to check for pinched nerves, misaligned vertebrae and joint restrictions.
Whether you have tension headaches, sore jaws, tired shoulder-blades or lower back pain, a visit to Armadale Chiropractic Centre for assessment of posture and spinal alignment might be a great idea. Our treatment is firm but gentle. If you only want massage therapy we can provide that, often with private health fund incentive. As BUPA Members First providers, we can help you with a healthy rebate seeing you as a chiropractic client for your massage therapy, sports or relaxation, whatever you need.
Call us on 9509 7691 to chat about your case and see if we can help you find the cause of your problem.
